Asset Publisher « Back eQnet participates in the Se@m workshop in BarcelonaSE@M 2010, the 4th international workshop on Search and Exchange of e-le@rning Materials, aims at bringing together researchers and professionals working with learning resources —publishers of learning resources and technologies, managers of learning infrastructures and learning resource repositories, learning professionals and practitioners. The eQnet project has been invited to give a talk there, the topic will be "Following users’ digital traces to identify “travel well” resources (eQNet dataset)" Abstract: Cross-context interactions in technology-enhanced learning take place when users cross their own language, country or curriculum boundaries. This happens when users interact, for example, with digital learning resources. As the great potential of learning resource lies in their reuse, facilitating such cross-context use becomes important. In the eQnet project, we are looking at how users’ digital traces can be used to enhance cross-context discovery and identification of “travel well” learning resources. For this purpose, an eQnet dataset is presented with information about the dataTEL initiative. |
